Terms of service

Quotes and scope

A quote is based on information available when it is given. If the condition, access requirements or requested scope differs on inspection, we will explain any proposed change before additional work proceeds.

Authority and identification

You must be authorised to request access or security work. We may ask for identification and proof of ownership, occupancy or authority. We may refuse work where authority cannot be reasonably established.

Access and safety

You are responsible for providing safe, lawful access to the work area and telling us about hazards or relevant building, vehicle or security-system conditions.

Payment

Payment terms and accepted methods will be communicated with the quote or invoice. Amounts are in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
