Your rights
Australian consumer guarantees
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law where that law applies.
Services
Services must be provided with due care and skill, be fit for a purpose you made known where applicable, and be supplied within a reasonable time where no time is agreed.
Goods
Goods must be of acceptable quality, match their description, be fit for disclosed purposes where applicable, and satisfy other applicable consumer guarantees.
If something goes wrong
The available remedy depends on the nature of the failure. A minor problem may be remedied within a reasonable time. For a major failure, you may have the right to reject goods, cancel a service contract, choose a refund or replacement, and seek compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
